General Specifications for Compaction Presses

Hydropulsor powder compacting machines consist of three modules:

  1. the base unit
  2. the impact unit and
  3. the adaptor.

The impact unit can easily be dismounted from the base unit and is exchangeable.
The tool adaptor can easily be moved outside the machine for tool change and/or service.

Our third generation of compaction presses features three frame sizes: small, medium and large.
For flexibility, our large frame can accommodate two sizes of impact units, which permits
higher press tonnages without a larger press.
